Rev. Alain Chandran joined us as our full-time pastor in April 2007. He grew up in Malaysia and was 21 years old and studying for a career in catering when he experienced Christian conversion.  He trained for Christian ministry at Trinity College , Bristol and since his ordination in June 2003, has served both at Christ Church and at St. Peter’s, Southborough.

Alain is married to Sharon and they have three children, Thomas, Catherine and Elizabeth. He enjoys playing and watching all types of sport, especially football and loves cooking, travelling, enjoys country walks, computers, drama and especially spending time with his family

Mark Green is the treasurer and secretary. Mark is married to Celia and has four children Freddie, Lydia, Bertie and Ned. Mark's areas of focus are housegroups and men's ministry. However he has a passion for getting the church out into the community.

Bernard Gore is married to Andrea and they have two children Andrew and Lyanna. He has lived in Kings Hill since 1998 and has a passion to see a church that demonstrates the reality of God’s love and power, so that it can serve the community of Kings Hill and its locality. Interests include music and aviation.

Hanje Martin is originally from South Africa and has lived in the UK since 2003. She is married to Hannes and they have two children Jessica and Reuben. Having children made Hanje aware of a new passion and desire to introduce, encourage and nurture children's relationship with Jesus as their friend. Hanje felt a very strong calling to devote herself in helping to grow the Children's Ministry in our church. She also enjoys playing the guitar, golf, the outdoors and spending time as a family.

Kate Pinnell moved to Kings Hill from Bromley in November 2006 and runs an executive recruitment company from home with her husband Simon. They have 2 children Imogen and Isaac.

She has been a Christian for 23 years, is a House Group Leader and is passionate about making Jesus known to the people of Kings Hill, by demonstrating God’s love in practical ways through every day relationships with friends and colleagues. Kate’s role in the Leadership Team is to explore and research opportunities to discern God’s will for some of the issues facing the Fellowship in the future, such as a Church Building and resource assistance.

Anthony Holmes is married to Cheryl and they have three daughters Ashleigh, Deborah & Rachel.  In the business world, Anthony has pursued a career in general management and he holds an MBA.  He has worshipped in many different Christian denominations over the years including Church of England, Baptist and pentecostal settings.  However Cheryl and he felt called to support Alain and KHCF a couple of years ago and to help promote and encourage the fellowship's strap line "To know Christ and to make Him known"
