Equipping people to know God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, through the Bible, prayer and worship
For us to become more like Jesus, we need to be changed by the power of the Holy Spirit as he works through our worship and study of the Bible. Every Sunday morning we have teaching from the Bible, lasting around 30mins. We regularly follow a series, either a book of the Bible or a theme.
During the first part of 2018 we are looking at some of the core values of the church in Kings Hill. We aim to be a people who take personal responsibility for our spiritual lives and the mission of the church, who live in obedient faith, and who seek to raise up others.
From January to March 2017 we studied the first of John's letters.

Periodically we also run a series of Bible studies, to access the study materials, click here.
In 2018 we are trying to memorise Ephesians chapter 1, learning 2 verses each month.
When we gather together on Sunday mornings it is important to us that as many people as possible can join in the corporate acts of worship. We have therefore published the list of songs that we are currently singing.

Here are two songs that have been recently added to the list:
Our belief is that prayer, both speaking to and hearing from God, is critical to us as individual Christians and as church together. We therefore encourage prayer wherever we can. There is regular corporate prayer on Sunday mornings from 9.45am - 10.15am in the Youth Hall at the Community Centre. We also hold a week of prayer and fasting three times a year.
